Meet my grandaughter KK the vist @ grammies~ house (pictures)

We had a wonderful vist with KK this is the first day at grammies~grampy house.Sit back have yourself a cup of tea hot or cold there are alot of pictures...This is our day together and grampy had to work.

KK is four years old and she will start pre-K this year and that is @ the school and it goes all day long..

KK starts the morning with making pancakes she loves them..

She made them herself except for cooking..

Grammie I can't talk right now I have to stir this really good!

ok grammie I can talk now cause its done and its ready to be cooked..

kk wanted to show the apron that grammie made for me it a princess apron just like me! We had a few minutes while the pancakes were cooking

ok there done I'm walking over to eat now so we can go pick blackberries.. Oh I forgot to tell you I like maple syrup..

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~after we ate breadfast we cleaned up and went to blackberries and this is what we got. We did have an upset when we got home dew the dog jumped to get out of the truck and spilled the blackberries all over. Grammie and I picked them up..Didn't we do a good job picking ? these are while berries some are very big.We got up on this big hill to pick and have to be careful cause there are bear up there along with moose and deer.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~When we got home it was time for lunch and I wanted mac/cheese grammie doesn't really like it but I sure do.  Here I am making lunch I'm stiring everything in grammie already cooked the noodles for me.. She is a big help..I'm making it for grammie and I ,we just got back from picking blackberries and I'm hungry!

Grammie lunch time I've got everthing ready time to eat. I like choc milk ,grammie says I should drink white milk.. Grammie has ice tea from her garden its called sweet tea,it has a mint flavor.

We sat down to eat and grammie tells me its the best mac/cheese she has ever had. And that I did should I good job..

Well we had a smell mess some how the table leg gave away and all the berries went on the floor.Can you see the choc milk too. Grammie said that ok accident happens and she cleaned everything up and washed the berries again. That is the second time they got washed cause dew dumped them over in the truck.. Now that there all all clean grammie and I are going to make blackberrie jelly.

Here I am I put the berries in the strainer and I'm mashing them to make juice it is kind of hard work. My grammie helps me I'm going to learn to do all kinds of things so when I get big I can cook from scratch.

Grammie thinks I'm getting tired!

But look @ me now I have my second wind. Can you see my smile grammie makes me happy.And we will have some good jelly to eat when old man winter comes. I think I might lay down to rest now..

I guess grammie was right I was alittle tired. I told grammie I was going to lay down to rest and when she checked in on me I was sleeping..

Grammie was cleaning the kitchen up again and she heard something fall..It was me I fell off the couch and I'm still sleeping grammie can't lift me cause she has a bad hand. Grammie said to herself oh she won't be there long its 4:00 I'll get her up so she will sleep tonight..

I rolled over and I'm still sleeping..Grammie can't wake me up she forgets I love to sleep ..So grammie calls mom and dad and said I can't get kk up and they said you won't.. She will be there for the night. And I said oh no she has to eat supper and they said don't worry about it. I kept trying to get her up no way.. So Ray get's home @ 7:30 from work and I tell him what has been going on so he wraps her up in the blanket and puts her back on the couch. Nothing still sleeping.. She said I want to play with her I said if you can wake her..After over an hour he got her up she woke up with a smile grampy.. Well they spent time together and she told him all about her day with grammie . So grampy reads her a story and grammie made grill cheese sandwich that is what I wanted. My grammie spoils me. And guess what after I ate and played with grampy I fell asleep.. I think Grammie is too much for me..

Your little KK is as cute as can be! She sure looked like she was having fun! My daughter is expecting my first grandson and someday I can have the grannie exprience you have just so wonderfully posted. I am now daydreaming about the future! Thank you for this most enjoyable post!

Good morning Annette yes we had lots of fun.. And I kept her very busy.. They are so cute when they sleep the good thing about KK when she wakes she is always so happy and has a smile. WIth lots of sleep or little..

Oh thank you for sharing! She's adorable! I especially got tickled at how many times the blackberries were knocked over. I'm sorry about your table, though! You gave me a good little giggle w/this post! I needed that!

Hi Theresa I glad you had a giggle and so did we. At first my grandaughters eyes got so big.. The table is a table I got at auction its wonderful it folds in the wall and has benchs on it sides like a murphy bed would go in the wall..

It looks like you both had a fun AND exhausting day. I bet little fingers were trying out the blackberry jelly while straining it. What a wonderful way to display your photos with words. That's a scrapbook keeper.

And on the jelly no she really didn't try any jelly cause I've always said don't take things from the bowl when you are making something.. Except the paddles when I'm done with something..But I should add she was eating blackberries as fast as she picked them..Then she would say grammie can you pick me some big ones...
