Outside my Window...The sun is shining, birds are singing and a chain saw is buzzing in the distance.

I am thinking...that today may be a lazy Monday.

I am thankful for...laughter.

From the kitchen...all is quiet except the humming of the window fan.

 I am creating...a long over due cross-stitch baby birth announcement sampler.

I am going...to get my quilt started some day. Read quilt-to-be entry.


I am wearing...a purple dress.

I am reading...several books.  A Passion Most Pure by Julie Lessman

I am hoping...to get some piano playing in today.

I am hearing...crickets chirping  and daughter walking around overhead in her bedroom.

Around the house...All is quiet for now.

A few plans this week...nothing much but to enjoy the last week  of mom's summer break.    School starts next week.
