Getting Ready for Baby...Baby Horse

Our new mare is pregnant when we got her a couple of months ago we knew she could be bred.  We had a vet come out and check her a month ago and he said yes about 8 to 9 months pregnant.  So we are thinking she will foal the end of April or May.  Its so exciting.  My daughter is now only riding her some bare back.  We don't want to put the extra weight of a saddle on her now that she is getting so close.  She has started to bag up a little but it's not a big change yet.  We have not had a baby horse before.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
