A Healthier New Me.....

Today is day 3 on the new me.  So far so good.  Today, I feel really good.  I have just finished my smooth move tea.  I actually think it tastes pretty good.  It has a kind of sweet taste.  I guess it is the orange peel in it.  I got all of the kids up this morning to do my 4 mile Leslie Sansone walking tape.  The two youngest only made it to mile 2 but oldest daughter and I actually made it the whole 4 miles.  I am resting now and then I will go get in the shower.  We are hoping to go into Philadelphia, Ms. today to get some chicken feed and possibly go see National Treasure 2.  That will be a real challenge.  Going to a movie theater and not eating popcorn or rasinets.  I know that it can be done but oh, my.  I am glad we are doing this, as I really feel so much better.  I just hope the scale reflects it on Tuesday.

I can't find the Smooth Move tea in my area, so I'm just using senna tablets. We want to see the same movie and might do it this weekend. I just go into the theater with a full tummy and I'm fine!

Sounds like you're off to a great start this year. I need to get back on track with working out myself! I really enjoy Leslie Sansone's walk videos too. Way to go for making the whole 4 miles!!!
Enjoy the movie, we would like to see that one too!
