Spirulina

I just got the new No Greater Joy magazine and there is an article on Spirulina.  It sounds like a great vitamin to take.  I wanted to see if anyone else is taking it and what do you think.  It is very high in protein and iron.

Wow, I can't believe you asked about this. I haven't gotten my copy of NGJ newsletter yet, but just last night I was thinking of writing about spirulina for my own blog. It's really a great product. I just read that article yesterday too! I know Nancy Campbell's daughter (Above Rubies) thinks its wonderful. But after reading Rebekah Anast's article too, I am ready to give it a whirl!

I have never tried this but I also read that article in NGJ and it has intrigued me. The SuperMom tabs sure sound lie they would give me some more energy which I need at times.
