Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!
We are busily preparing lunch but I have a few seconds and thought I would post. I hope you all have a great day. DH and Son are off hunting, my oldest DD is preparing her famouse pecan bars, and youngest DD is putting together a pumpkin pie. Thank you Lord for a wonderful start to a wonderful day.
My blog friends Meme and Barbara have tagged me.. I had a few minutes so I thought I would work on my "Weird Things".
The rules are: Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself. Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
1. My family are the reason I get up in the morning. They are my life.
2. My children say that I am paronoid about everything. I don't think so but they say it!! I just tend to worry.LOL
3. I like for my room to have just a touch of chill to it even in the winter.
4. I love flip flops but I hate to walk around with no shoes on. I will wear flip flops year round in the house.
5. I love to can and put up food. It would be one of my favorite past times. I canned 2 pints of chicken broth last night.
6.I don't feel clean if I don't get a shower every single day, even if I haven't even stepped outside.
7. I love chocolate covered cherries!
I wish I could come up with something weider, as I know I have some but that is it for now.

We just finished dinner and the clean up. It truly was a restful, thankful day. Everything tasted wonderful and was easy to make. I think I might try something similar next year. Thanks for the comment on my new blog. I appreciate it. Have a great holiday weekend.

“I want to know one thing,” said John Wesley, “—the way to heaven: how to land safe on that happy shore. God himself has condescended to teach the way. He hath written it down in a book. O give me that book! At any price, give me the book of God! I have it: here is knowledge enough for me. Let me be a man of one book.”
