Monday morning....

It's raining like crazy here and has been since yesterday.  It is supposed to stop by late this evening but it will be a muddy mess for several days.  I have had a hard time getting things started this morning.  We haven't started school yet but there is no reason to rush when it's raining like this.  We literally have all day.  I have started my bread dough mixing and it's in it's first rise right now.  I will be making homemade pizza tonight for dinner.  So I will need to start that dough after lunch.  My husband told me last night I haven't made it in a while and he loves it.  I wish he didn't have to tell me but sometimes I forget what they love.   

I was really wanting to go to Tupelo today and go to Sam's.  I am out of bread flour, chocolate chips, dog food, and etc.  The list could go on and on.  I want to get my pantry stocked.  I wish I could be dilligent enough to do it for a year.  That should be something to strive for.  I guess I will try to go tomorrow.

We are having a very raining morning also. I am just north of Memphis, in Arlington Tenn. I see you are near me somewhat in Mississippi, where about are you?
