The day so far on the homestead....

We are getting a lot done on the homestead today......
I got up with DH at 5:00 this morning. I so wished I would do that everyday. I did very good for a while but have since been slacking. I got to do my computer time early and got breakfast out of the way. I also got my shower early.(Praise the Lord) We have gotten all of the animals fed. I've also cleaned the house and started my mountain of laundry. I will be able to put a few loads on the clothesline. I have also made some pigs in a blanket for lunch. The kids have done some school. The girls are now taking their piano lesson and my little man is up on the hill cutting down little cedars out of the pasture. He loves the feeling of accomplishment in doing some type of work. That has to be better than doing History, right.LOL Well, we have a lot more day left and a lot more work left.

Your day sounds alot like mine LOL. My boys would much rather be out cutting down a tree than reading a history lesson. They really do learn alot just outside "playing". I have added you to my friends list so I can come back and visit. Thank you for sharing your day.
