Bread baking, busy, busy, day.....

Today has been busy, busy. First off, I am fighting off a croupy, sinus, thing. I am popping Echinacea and Vit. C like candy. DH is off today and he has been a huge help with keeping us on track. Oh, how I wish he could be here everyday. DS has already finished school and is off to the hardware store with DH. The girls are helping get lunch finished. They have a little more school and then they are making valentine cards for some dear friends at church.
I have started my bread experiment. I have ground some soft white and have a loaf going as we speak. After, it is done kneading and rising, I will put it in the oven and start a Prarie Gold hard white. I plan on getting some muffins and rolls going as well. I am so excited about all of my wheat. God is sooo good. He does not have to provide for me in this way. I am so thankful.
I have some laundry going and the weather looks good enough that I might be able to get a load on the line. They may not get all the way dry but a little is better than nothing.LOL
Well, I'm off to bless my home and family more.
