Today since my day is cut short since I have to work today. I am not going to get my canning done. We started on getting a canner filled. We are only going to do about half way full. We are making apple pear sauce. Once it cools I am going to put into a smaller canner and will put into the fridge and will can it later this week. Whew, that is about all now.
