The Start of the New Me.......
Well, any day is a good day this is my plan to work out 3 times a week. I already have done what I have set out to do. I got up and didn't sleep in, yea me. I have had a glass of water and piece of toast. Folded a load of clothes and now off to the gym I go. I don't believe in surgery or pills to loose weight, so hard work and dedication her I go. I can do it with a little help with the Lord. Lots of encouragement and prayers. I am not going to tell my weight I don't even let my doctor nor family know. EEEWWW, no way I don't even like the numbers, let alone to embarrass myself. So, I need to get dressed and set off for town to work out. I plan to work out for an hour and then breakfast and bible lesson. The toast with honey and water and juice and just to give me energy and so the rest of the plan is in the works. Have a sunshiny day!

Good for you!!!! I am doing well on my weight loss, but I really need to get up earlier and start doing an exercise routine before the little one gets up!!! That is my goal to implement this week. Having a migraine has stoped me from doing this yesterday and today!
