I'm Ellen, wife of Frank and mother of two teenagers. We live in a suburb of one of the largest cities in the Netherlands, where we try to live a simple and sustainable life in a crazy world. One day I hope to live on a rural homestead, but for the moment I'm happy where I am and I want to share my journey with you. I have an allotment and fruit trees and bushes in our garden. My side job is studying Celtic and English languages at the Utrecht University.
