| Saturday my husband walked into the house and said waht every woman dreams her husband will say. He said he wants to totally re-do our downstairs. He wants to put in wood floors, and he wants a new color on all the walls, and to re-do our kitchen and expand our bathroom. AND he wants it all done before Christmas. Can you believe it? Plus, we can do it cheap because his mom gave us neraly enough flooring to do our downstairs. She over bought when she did her house and all we have to do is buy a few more boxes to have enough! Justin said we can paint for cheap, and if can get some help, he thinks we can do the bathroom by ourselves and for very little money. I might finally have a bathtub!!! He did say that doign all this mean I won't be able to do a lot of decorating this Christmas. That's fine with me. I've been pouring over all my Country Living Magazines looking for ideas and inspiration! |

About Me
Here on the side of our little Arkansas mountain. Our family includes me, Allison, my husband Justin, my step daughters (14 yo twins) "Bert" and "Nic", our sons (6yo) "Si", and (3yo) "Roo". Next door are the in-laws Wendy and Dan. And between the two homes, we have 3 dogs and two gardens. We live next to a National Forrest so we see all sorts of wildlife. We love homeschooling, gardening, whole food cooking, quilting, crafting, and having bonfires!
