ok you wise women....

tortillas...........

i have a recipe that the family likes and my boys scuff up tortillas like crazy for lunch or even a snack................... now, my question is: how do they freeze? I could give an afternoon (sorta) to them and my oldest helps cook them ( a great flipper he is)................and so we could make a bunch. If I don't freeze them, how long would a batch stay in the fridge?

Anna had her immunization yesterday, at 5 weeks old she weighed in at 10lbs!!!WOW!! don't know what is in my milk, but it is working--LOL!!! she hasn't gotten a fever, none of my kids do with immunizations, but she did decide to puke at about 1am........oh, fun!! washing sheets today

ok......i am going to try this weekend hopefully, steamed banana muffins........i'll let you know the verdict and then give the recipe........... this not having an oven is really bothering me, don't have a grill or a griddle.............let's say a chines bbq is different than american (remember I live in Taiwan)......................*sigh*  again, after we get things paid off, it looks like we will just make it through the month. I really wish I could get dh on the bandwagon for being careful with money. I suggested the envelope system, sure, you go ahead and do he tells me.........um.....deary.......you used a singular noun, not plural! When I told him, we both have to work together on it, he just smiles and walks away..........................i just don't know what to do..............it 's not using and abusing money, it is just not planning and budgeting...ok, don't want to get started on that subject....................baby is awake

Well I freeze the store bought ones all the time and they thaw out just fine. I would probably suggest, putting a piece of wax paper in between each one and freezing them in a ziploc type bag. I say try a few at first and see how they survive.

God's Blessings,
Amy Jo
