This photo is from April 2005.  It is a bush hut.  It is in the highest place in Australia.  We were driving around as a family looking at the bushfire damage and the regrowth.  It also reminds me of the first days of my blog. For more 'Fro Me To You entries click the first picture.

I don't think I have stayed in a hut, but my Grandfather did for his work. I think it would be like a cabin. We had a big bush paddock when I was little and it had a hut and I loved to look in it. Edited by MyThreeDaughters on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 8:08 AM

Not sure if there is an outhouse. We don't call them outhouses of course here. The worst Australian expression for them I suppose is dunny.
