I had to run to the grocery store this am to get a gallon of milk and I ran into a lady that I have known since I was a little girl in fact I have spent many nights at her house when I was growing up.. She looked a bit stressed out and I called her name and she stopped and we talked for a time. She is a good, honest, hardworking lady and so sweet... I told her to take care of herself and she said that she worries about everything and it is about to get her down.... I know that between her health and her hubby's health she has a lot on her plate and that she works hard plus she is very active in our Church.. We talked about life and things and we talked about being busy..
You know I have been to a place before on more than one time where I have been so busy... to busy in fact. I happen to believe that when we are too busy we tend to let the important things in life slide. Sometimes we stay busy because we don't want to face things and sometimes we are so busy we forget that God has a plan and that we have to be open for Him to use us and to do His will. We get to busy and we miss chances to share God's love, grace, mercy and word. Let us remember to take the time to stop, watch and listen to God and where is He is leading and where He is leading us..
Being too busy not just hurts us because it wears us out and gets us down, but hurts those that we might miss the chance to share with, and it hurts God when we get to busy to really care if we are doing what He has called us to do...
Think about it are you too busy??????
God Bless,

I am not much for acronyms, but this one really fits the bill.
We are all too busy.
If we have a blog........we are too busy!!
Busy is a great way to bury issues, and busy is a great way to squelch the Holy Spirit.
People stay busy for all sorts of reasons.......
None of them Biblical.
Thanks for the reminder!!
