Here it is Ladies and Gentlemen, the famous pictures of my family's little cottage in Normandie.

I know it took me almost on month to share this pictures, sometimes we get overwhelmed

I'll show you 3 pictures: 2 of the house and one of the garden.

As you can see it's a traditonal thatch cottage.

It must have been built 250 years ago, or so. I don't have more time for blogging right now, I'll tell you more about it next time.

Oh Muriel, thank you so much for sharing. What an absolutely dreamy place! Seeing these photos is like looking into a beautiful story book. And what a treat to have so much history in a home. I'll bet there are some very unique characteristics about it. I would love to hear more about the cottage when you get a chance. Thanks again for posting these beautiful pictures!

Hi. The pics are lovely, and I enjoy your blog. I spent a summer in Paris when I was 17, and my dh took me back to Paris this year to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I have always loved France and the French language, and it was a wonderful surprise to be able to go back. It was dh\'s first time in France. While in Paris, we attended services there of a church connected with one that we attend in the U.S., and we loved it.

I was interested to read about the wonderful fabric store near Montmartre in one of your earlier posts, but, sadly, I read about it after we got back!

France and the U.S. have something in commong -- a growing bent towards a humanistic culture. I\'d be interested in learning more about how you deal with that in France.
