Feeling Cranky Today.....

It is only 7:01am and I am already feeling cranky....

I hate starting the day out like this!

It has just been sooooo hot here!

I didn't sleep well last night, I never had allergies before moving down here to Florida but now it is a constant thing.... I am clogged with a runny nose. My mother-in-law suggested Mucinex and it worked, but now it seems like I have to take more and more of it to get some relief.

Then I checked our banking and a check I wrote out in June just cashed - Of course I had already thought it had and wasn't anticipating that $75.00. Then I saw my husband has been using his debit card & wrote a check out without telling me so we have maybe $200.00 left in the checking! Normally this wouldn't worry me too much but my husband has no job and is trying to pick up work on his own. I can not tell you how gut wrenching it is not to know from day ot day if you will have money coming in or not. He never seems to worry, He alwasy says something will come up but I truely hate living like this! I would rather he had a regular job that he went to ever day and got paid on a regular basis. He feels he can make alot more money if he works on his own instead of working for someone - Which is true but you have to have work to be able to pay bills & live....

Then to top if off, my son is required to sell 20 discount cards for his football team at $10.00 a card. I posted it on my local town forum and sold only 6 cards.... My son will be going out on Friday night to sell with the rest of the guys in front of stores to try and sell more. I sure hope he does, I can't afford to buy the rest of these cards!

Okay, I'll stop cranking now..... I sure hope the rest of the day truns out better. I don't think so though, I have to take my daughter to get her hair cut - I am sure that is going to be an episode too.

Oh well there is always tomorrow !

I know it is so hard when you get hit with several things at once. I have been going through a similar experience (all my own fault, though) and it can be tough to deal with.

I get especially frustrated when everything the kids do seems to mean more money spent!

God has been so good to us; we've just pressed on, being diligent in paying things and practicing trust! So far, although tight, we are surviving.

I recommend the Hillbilly Housewife site. If nothing else, it will amuse you. She has a ton of frugal ideas on there, so maybe that would help you a bit?

I'm sorry you are feeling down. I really understand. My dh has his own company and it can be really hard to be supportive. I've said a prayer that God will give you peace, I know I'm praying that for myself too.
