Menu Plan MondayThis week we will be having: Breakfasts: Pancakes, Bacon & Grapes or Cold Cereal Lunches: Deli Sandwiches & Carrot Sticks or Leftovers Dinners: Salsa-Mac Chicken, Fish & Chips, Chicken Parmesan, Enchillada Bake and Red Pepper Chicken Snacks: Banana Bread, Raw Almonds or Walnuts, Yogurt, Granola Bars I have been fairly sick this past week and it is continuing on today, so I have planned very simple meals that I can put together in under 10 minutes.
