I finally did it!  I made my own wheat flour!  I got a grain mill a week ago and used it for the first time this weekend.  John's step sister sells them, well actually her husband does.  They own a few coffee shops and he is a distibutor for the blender that they use in their shops.  It turns out that the same people that make the blender also make a grain mill.  So... long story short I bought a grain mill from them and made flour with it for the first time this weekend. The girls thought it was great, we made bread right away with it and they said it was the best bread ever!  Today I am going to make some pastry flour to make granola bars with!  Very exciting stuff is happening over here!
