Urgent Prayer Request
Today at 1:45 pm EST we will be at a court hearing regarding the lawsuit- this of course, is due to our financial crisis.Please pray for Mr. Steady and I at that time today. Pray that God’s will would be done and that He would speak for us and through us.
God has truly been moving and reassuring us over the weekend. A dear sweet friend and her husband have been holding us up in prayer as have my parents. My dear friend has taken it upon herself to be my Isaiah- my prayer warrior. She called Sunday morning when we were getting ready for church to share the verse the Lord have given to her to give to me. [This is the same dear friend from here.] She woke up in the middle of the night (2:30 am) and began praying for me and Mr. Steady and God gave her Exodus 14:13 to give to me.
Don't be afraid. Just stand where you are and watch the Lord rescue you. Exodus 14:13
What powerful words! I cannot tell you what that did to my heart-- God is speaking to us- God is answering us. I know He is holding onto us. If you go onto Exodus 14:14 it states: "The Lord Himself will fight for you. You won't have to lift a finger in your defense!"
Dear readers, I am resting in the promise of these verses today. I have HOPE- something I haven't had in awhile (more of my thoughts on that some other time). Instead of my sayings of late- of how I know God CAN deliver us but I am scared He will choose not to . . . . I am resting in the HOPE that He will- I know He CAN and I HOPE He WILL.
At Noon today- our dear friends who have been praying and sharing these verses- will be fasting through lunch and holding us up in prayer. We, Mr. Steady and I, will be fasting and praying also.
May God do great and mighty things for us today. May there be NO DOUBT that He is our Deliverer and Savior. May I stand firm in my faith and HOPE that He will see us through this proceeding today.
Please if you are able- PLEASE lift us up in prayer today at 1:45 pm EST (that's 12:45 pm Central time and 11:45 pm Pacific).

My Husband (DH)-Mr. Steady
My rock and biggest supporter. The glue that keeps the family sane. He is like deep, deep water- it takes a lot to see a ripple.
DD11- Our Maiden in Waiting- By the world's standard she's a 'tween'. By ours and the Lord's- this is the time of her years of preparation. She is eagerly learning what it means to keep a home and daily becomes more and more of a helper to her Mama.
DD8- Sassafras My Sassy middle child. She holds her own so sweetly and has such an empathetic heart. While real Sassafras is used for flavoring- She is that added spice of flavor to our family.
DS4- Mr. Conductor- The train aficionado in the family. He likes to think he's in charge and often is! He's also the biggest Oreo fiend in the family.
