1001 to 1010- I am Thankful

Last November I worked my way through 1000 Gifts (click on it to see all my posts from last year). . . . . 1000 things I am thankful for. God is so good and daily shows me many more things to be thankful for. And as this is the season of thankfulness I am feeling the need to open up and share again things that pop in my head that I am thankful for . . . .
And so I will just start where I left off-------
I am thankful for the following gifts:
1001. Homemade mock Orange Julius
1002. Anne of Green Gables- books and movies
1003. Finding a long lost recipe
1004. Making Mr. Steady’s favorite meals
1005. Fall birthday hikes
1006. Slapping wooden screen doors
1007. The dream of owning our own farm
1008. My Momma making salmon patties for Mr. Steady because the two of them are the only ones in the family who like them
1009. That my children don’t get the “I want’s” and “Gimme, Gimme’s” at the store- instead they say “Mama, would you put it on my list?”
1010. Homemade birthday cards

By the by- I just know I am bound to duplicate some of my thankful gifts from last year. Well, I'm still thankful for them!
