Happy Day & World Day of Prayer

Today is I Want You To Be Happy Day

And World Day of Prayer

So- In honor- Firstly I want each and everyone of you to be HAPPY today! Do something for yourself today that makes you happy. This morning I had a cranberry orange scone, piece of fudge and a caramel vanilla coffee for breakfast- that made me happy. I read a book to my DS and played legos and trains. That made him happy. I made strawberry Jell-O with bananas with my middle and will read together and snuggle with the oldest- I think that will make them both happy. The plan is to get all kiddos to bed @ a good time so that DH & I can have alone time. That will make DH AND me happy!

As to the world day of prayer- there is so much going on right now in so very many places that could all use our prayers. Pray for the world today- for GodÂ’s touch in the deepest, darkest places. Pray for our missionaries that God would shine thru them and that they would be uplifted and renewed for the battles they daily face. May GodÂ’s grace and mercy shine on us all.

Happy Day

LOL. I had the same thoughts of a happy day. Smiling. What a nice post of prayer! I get so down seeing all the unhappiness around. People not smiling, being rude. It just takes a little smile to make a difference to someone else who's having a bad day. Bless you

My Husband (DH)-
Mr. Steady

My rock and biggest supporter. The glue that keeps the family sane. He is like deep, deep water- it takes a lot to see a ripple.

DD11- Our Maiden in Waiting- By the world's standard she's a 'tween'. By ours and the Lord's- this is the time of her years of preparation. She is eagerly learning what it means to keep a home and daily becomes more and more of a helper to her Mama.

DD8- Sassafras My Sassy middle child. She holds her own so sweetly and has such an empathetic heart. While real Sassafras is used for flavoring- She is that added spice of flavor to our family.

DS4- Mr. Conductor- The train aficionado in the family. He likes to think he's in charge and often is! He's also the biggest Oreo fiend in the family.
