WFMW: Travel with Pillow

I find it necessary to take my pillow with me whenever I gone from home overnight. I sleep with a wonderful feather pillow and cannot sleep resting my weary head on anything else. This pillow means so much to me that I am also very afraid of forgetting it and leaving it behind in some hotel in Timbuktu.
My solution is simple- I had my mom make me a pillow case (because I don’t sew) out of bright green fabric with bright flowers- you cannot miss seeing my pillow! If you don’t want to sew a pillow case (my mom swears it is a very simple sewing project- in fact my 10 yr old daughter made pillowcases for family for Christmas gifts) then just look for very eye popping pillow cases at the store- like tie-dye or lime green.
I have never left my pillow behind- when giving a room the once over before we leave- it always catches my eye!

I'm just like you...I need my own pillow to sleep, no matter where I am. That's a smart idea, to make a bright pillowcase for it! (PS...Mom2fur here from Sorta Frugal)
