If you could live in any ancient city during the height of the quality of its society and culture, which one would you choose? Ancient Greece (???)

Salad
If you had to live in a large city, which one would you want it to be? I am just NOT a city person, but I would think an OLD quaint European city would be my choice...one with plenty of trees, very old architecture and buildings, clean, orderly...cobblestone streets (does this sound like a large city?) It would have to be in a valley surrounded by alps or scenic mountains. I think I would particularly like something in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, or Italy-or perhaps Scotland or Ireland.

Main Course
What is something you consider to be very elegant? In particular, what about that item/place/person conjures up the feeling of elegance? Anne of Green Gables and Prince Edward Island...the movie, anyways! I like the setting, clothing, manners, events, refinement and way of life on the island at the sea - very romantic AND elegant. I would LOVE to go back in time to live that kind of lifestyle!

Dessert
If you had a boat, what would you name it?  hmmm-Sense of Adventure or Escape...I am not good at naming things!
