Fun recipe

This would be fun to try.

DANGEROUS CHOCOLATE CAKE-IN-A-MUG

1 coffee mug

4 Tbsp. cake flour (plain, not self-rising)

4 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbsp. milk

3 Tbsp. oil

Small splash of vanilla

3 Tbsp. chocolate chips, optional

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.

Add egg, mix thoroughly.

Pour in milk and oil and vanilla, mix well.

Add chips, if using.

Put mug in microwave, and cook for three minutes on 1000 watts.

Cake will rise over top of mug--do not be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little; tip onto a plate if desired.

Eat!

 ***And WHY is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now we are all only five minutes away from chocolate cake any time of the day or night!!!***

We made this yesterday. Now I'm going to try new recipes. Yellow cake, maybe a bit less egg, carrot cake? I'll let you know if any recepes turn out.

I didn't see you use a microwave to make it. We don't have a microwave. It messes with the food nutrition. We got rid of it a long time ago. Can I use the oven? maybe, only putting it in there for five minutes?

You should read up microwaves. They aren't good for your body. Look it up on the internet and you will be amazed! I only use the oven or the stove to heat things up now... :)

I tried this and it was great. Then my 5 year old had a friend over and they each got to make one of their own. It was so easy they were able to do everything by themselves. Thanks for the post!
