Rain?

It's really raining here today and that got me thinking about something I think of each time it rains...storage. Does anyone here store their rain?

I tried starting a rain barrel a couple of times, but it didnt work out (my "barrells" leaked) :). Looking forward to hearing about others who do!

but I grew up in Trinidad, and we caught all our rain in barrels at the 4 corners of the house (gutters and pipes feeding them) I think it's a wonderful thing to do.

Monday, January 9, 2006 - storing rain

We can easily store up rain putting a barrel under the spout, but then we don't need rain after it rains and the mosquitoes have a nice home.
