Global Warming!!I believe in global warming.......2 Peter 3:9-11 (interesting verse number) 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.(some manuscripts say "burned up) 11 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives 2 Peter 9:12-13 12 as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. 13 But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness. Revelation 8:5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake. Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up. Revelation 9:18 A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths. And there are many more Scriptures that talk about this 'globe warming up". I was very very disturbed yesterday when someone who claims Christ, and is in a leadership position.... made mention of global warming. More than once. I was taken back that one of Gods people has been fooled by man. This global warming malarkie is like the evolution malarkie, is like the 'we all pray to one god' malarkie. It's all satan's lies, being spread like fertilizer by man! How do people who are called by His Name get fooled? How does satan twist their minds to believe a lie? What lies am I believing?
