I'm home this morning because today is my daughter's ballet recital and we live 45 minutes from our church - there's no way we would get home in time, so ...

I've been thinking about the clothesline.  I do think that our in-laws would flip, so I have found the perfect plan ...

ETA: okay okay I have been thinking about this while getting ready this morning and I don't think that the above would work.  Sounded good, but I don't think it would be enough line.  But I am not sure  ..............

either a really long one, or more than one? Mine is 100 feet of rope, but with the pulley's - so really we only "use" 50 feet of it - it holds about 3 loads of clothes. Plus a clothes rack for socks and such saves space on the white loads.

This is what we are doing, of sorts. You can by retracting clothes lines at Walmart too. They work sort of like a measuring tape, kwim? You pull the string out and hook it up when you want to hang clothes and then when you get them all put away, you release it and it snaps back into it's holder : )

I think that our in-laws are going to be doing a lot of freaking in the near future :) We should probably be praying more fervently for them :)
