About Me

Welcome. My name is Catherine and I live in Texas with my husband of 19 years, two of our three daughters, four adopted dogs who have taken their place as owners of the house and 36 chickens. Our oldest daughter is 19 and is away at college, our middle daughter is 17 and is attending a local junior college, and our youngest daughter is 14. Our children attended public school until about three years ago when we decided to homeschool. I love to keep house, cook, bake, knit, crochet, learn and experience/experiment with all things regarding homesteading, study hebraic history, and hang out with my favorite people in all of this earth...my family.
