• Saturday, November 17, 2007 - Mandarin Orange Cake

My husband loves this cake. 

1 yellow cake mix                        1 c. oil
4 eggs                                           1 sm. can mandarin oranges
                                                                  (add juice)


Topping:

1 lg. can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant pudding
1  9oz. cool whip
 

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and flour 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350degrees for 35 mins.  

Topping:
Stir together with spoon until well mixed.
When cake has completely cooled, spread on topping.  Keep refrigerated.
