My dd1 has decided she wants me to teach her how to make pumpkin rolls. Her boyfriend likes them and she wants to make him one. This is so funny coming from a girl, who about 4 years ago said she never wanted to learn to cook. That she wanted to marry a man who would do all the cooking for her. About 2 years ago that all changed. Now she is wanting to learn to cook all kinds of things. She does a good job. Here is the pumpkin roll recipe I go by.
3 eggs 1c.sugar
3/4 c flour 1 tsp. baking powder
2tsp cinnamon 3/4c. pumpkin( I like to use Libbys
1/2 tsp. salt pumpkin pie filling)
