Blessings!

Well, I finally have a bit of time to share our 1st Annual Family Prom with you all:) I will say that I was so very sick the day of the prom and did my best to put on a good face and did  lot of sitting by a window and trying not to cough myself to pieces:P Still coughing and still having fevers on and off but nothing like the night of that prom:P So...as promised here's the pictures!

Brother and Sister

A father and daughter enjoy a moment to dance.

Mother and daughter moment

No one is left out:)

He's dapper with the girls:)

He's also a very good big brother:)

Enjoying the fog machinesIn more ways than one:PBrother Craig really enjoys DJing...and his little helpers:P

Of course it's not a dance without the traditional Stroll:)And no dance is complete without the obligatory wall flowers:P

There are some more pictures I want to share but I haven't gotten them back from CaraDD yet:P I'll post those too when I get home tomorrow. At least I hope I'll be able to:)

The dance was just wonderful. ALL families came and stayed. Fun, dancing, music, eating, chatting and picture taking was enjoyed by all. It was the most splendid time even if I DIDN'T feel too well:P

Tomorrow I'll post more pictures with more explanations and the "story" to go with it. Right now I have a house full of girls that want to watch a movie on the "big screen":P (It's our projector movies shown on a sheet:P) So I'll be back:)

Have a blessed evening and I hope you enjoyed the few pictures I was able to post for now:)

God be with thee!

Sister Lori

I think that this is the best post I have seen all day today, what special memories you just gave everyone involved!!, Who says Proms are for " public" schools. Yours was safe, family oriented and NO BOOZ OR DRUGS or The promotion of un safe practices that normally happen during these coming of age events. I think this is so great. GOOD JOB,

Jeannie

Dearest Sister,

I pray you are feeling better!! Take care of yourself. I too got a bug in the last month or so...it has taken forever to throw it. I still have a cough and congestion. I am not sure what is going on this Summer!! Looks like it has made it's way all the way up north! :) I think mine is finally just turning into allergies. Lord willing it will end for all of us soon!

But most importantly, take care!!

The Lord's blessings,
S. Kris M.
