Wow!  My how time flies!  I can't believe it has been a week since I posted last.  :-(  Sorry................

Well lets see, last Friday I had my usual day of errands in the city. Saturday, my dh and I ran back into the city for some appt.'s and needed farm supplies and canning jars.  We thought we were going to be able to can tomatoes on Sunday only most of what we had out on the picnic table had gotten icky so now we hafe to wait until we have enough ripen out of the garden again to can!  :-(  Then we went out for supper to Applebees with some family members and had a nice dinner.  Sunday was just a nice relaxing day at home since we were not able to can tomatoes as we had planned.  I can't believe that I actually got my dear sweet man to RELAX!!!!!!!  He just does not know how to sit still.  LOL!  Drives me nuts sometimes, but of course I still love him.  Hee Hee!  :-)  

Our new chickens have only been laying 1-3 eggs here and there.  I am very dissapointed.  So either 11 hens we bought first were not laying yet as they said or we have a problems as we have had them for over 2 weeks now.  The ones we got free a week ago are the ones we think that are laying.  We have got to get our coop built soon.  I just don't think that having your chickens in with your goats works to well!  LOL!

This week has been nice being at home for the most part.  Monday I finally decided to homeschool Dakota for sure!  :-)  We will be starting with preschool this year and see how things go.  I am praying things go great of course!  :-)  Well i am bushed so I will write more in the morning!
