If you bake bread regularly, check this out....If you bake bread regularly, then you have probably been like me and “forgot the bread” or didn’t hear the timer go off.either during rising or baking. Well I have found the perfect thing for that. I’ve heard about this little timer at King Arthur Flour and thought it was just too cool. For one thing the timer is lightweight and hangs from a cord (think no more carrying those other timers around or trying to put it in a place you can hopefully hear it while you are outside or in another room) also, what makes it even better is that you do not have to run your time up to start it, you just punch it in and hit start! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. The only thing I changed is pried the magnet out of the back to make it even more lightweight around my neck. You can purchase one from King Arthur, or like me and get it off E-bay, it will be about 20.00 with shipping. Made by Polder. Now there you have it, the best timer for a bread baker.
