Bacon, cheese & potato Chowder

3 cups milk

1 can condensed cream of potato soup

2 cups frozen southern style hash browns

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Mix soup in large pan. Stir in hash browns. Bring to boil on high heat. Turn down low and simmer 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve with a whole grain crusty bread.

This makes up about 6 cups which is not enough for my family so I double or triple it. YUM!!!
