Customizing Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really want to change the look of my blog. I want it to reflect a more simpler, primitive feel. How hard is it and do you have to purchase the images from different places? Please help!

You can find most graphics free on different sites. On most blogs there is a link to the graphics that they used and most have free ones. As for how to do it, that you will need someone else for, LOL. I have been trying to figure that out. I can't figure out where they are getting the codes from. If you figure it out let me know, lol.........Kitty
