Tina's tip of the day. If you are not used to jotting things down it is a good habit to get into. The reason being is that not all of us feel inspired all the time. That is unfortunate I know but it is a fact of life. So, when we do have good ideas and thoughts running through our head such as anything from recipes, menu ideas or household helps to inspiring thoughts and insights from more spiritual aspects or just good homey thinking things we should write it down so we can keep refering to these during our down times. It doesn't always have to be organized. It can be randomly stratched down and then if we want we can put it together more efficiently later on. I also think that there is something very theraputic about writting. It makes things tangible.Did I spell that correctly? Probably not. So if you are not in the habit of keeping a notebook, the New Year would be a very good time to start. Make all sorts of lists. Here are some ideas. menus, recipes, scriptures, to do lists, short term goals, long term goals, what we want for each of our children, what we want for our marriages, new hobbies we want to start, old things we want to put off, good quotes we have heard, mental pictures that are pleasing, etc... you get the picture. If we write it down it will stay with us and we will more than likely accomplish what we want our lives to become. Love, Tina |
