What a nice day it was today. Except for being really, really warm still, it was a beautiful day. I am so ready for fall. We messed with the horses today after church and then went back to church tonight. We came home and had our usual Sunday night tradition of grilled cheese sandwiches. Just an ordinary day, but I like them like that. I am still grieving over my chickens. I am ready to have a coup full again. Once you have them it is so hard not to. Our menu for the week: Monday: Roast with mashed potatos and gravy, rolls, corn and salad Tuesday: Chicken Cassserole, green beans , fruit salad Wednesday: Pizza( Bible Study night) Thursday: Venison tenderloin, stewed potatoes, baked beans,rolls Friday: Going Camping ! YAY I hope everyone has a great week. My challenge for this week is to read my bible more and memorize three verses of scripture. Love, Tina
