It's been a very nice day in Tennesee today. The sun was shinning all day.My chickens are laying great. The 2 roosters are acting cocky(ha ha). No seriously ,they have been a little more aggressive than usual. I don't know what that is all about. I am starting to think about what I am going to have in my garden this year. I think I'm going to plant lettuce and different greens this year. On Jen Igrassi's site she also has a great idea about potatoes. I'm going to try that . Even though we have alot of room for our garden the idea of not having to dig up the potatoes sounds great to me.Check it out ! As usual we will also have corn, green beans, okra, peas, squash, zuchinni and tomatoes. I can't wait. Tonight is pizza night because we have bible study. I didn't cook tonight. Some people like to do that on Friday night but I always am in the mood to stay home and cook and get ready for the week-end on Friday. Thats usually a big cooking night for me.
