Breakfast Casserole 1 can crossiant rolls 1 lb. sausage 4 eggs 11/2 cups milk shredded cheddar cheese Unroll and flatten crossiant rolls in bottom of 9x13 dish. Cook sausage and drain well. After mixing eggs and milk together well, layer sausage(crumbled),egg mixture and cheese on top of crossiant rolls,ending with cheese. This recipe is sooooo good. My husband who is not to fond of sausage loves this. It keeps well and heats up in the microwave several days after it is made. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until eggs are set |
