Hatfield House (in the city)

Well, here we are with another new day at hand. Baby and Momma are due to come home today, actually any time now! Grandma from Nevada is somewhere in town, and I can't wait to see her! I love her and am blessed that she loves my grandchildren as much as I do! :)

Jacen has been a good boy, for the most part, a few temper tantrums here and there, but nothing I cannot handle. He got a good swat on the backend today, and I think it shocked him to the point of "Oh my goodness! I'd better listen to Grandma!" And he did.

We had a day trip yesterday to Pike's Peak. Found a Pioneer Cemetery, and a few old mines and such. What we couldn't believe was the temperature change. It was 53 degrees and raining at the top of the mountain, and the closer we got to home, the warmer the weather. By the time we reached home, it was 82 degrees and sunshine. How interesting. It was a good day and of course, I took a ton of pictures!

oh! My babies are home! Blessings!!! :)

You hit and abuse your own grandson! That is a complete outrage, His mother isn't with him and you go ahead and do this to him. What kind of a women are you?

I am the kind of Grandma that loves and adores her grandchildren. Thank you for reading!

Well, this is the grandson's mother.... Do you actually think I would leave my only son in the hands of a child abuser? Wow. Way to have some balls and post anonymously by the way.
I believe that if my child is acting up, he needs discipline. A swat on the behind is in no way, shape, or form abuse. So just butt out and quit being an ass. Thanks.

I for one think it's completely natural for grandparents to displine my children. You were completely right for tapping his bottom. We (hubby and me) tell the grandparents & uncles, aunts to displine in the way they see fit. They know how we feel about raise respectful children. I'm thankful you stood up for yourself on the anoymous post.
