Here are some pictures of the past week:
Doll church (did you notice that there were two whole rooms for the ladies...)

And Sunday's "perfect pancake" which wasn't so perfect.:

Posing for the camera:

And last of all some pictures I made while playing around with PSP.

On this one the text is all yucky looking because its resized but it really does look good!

And a question for you:
Kind-of hard to tell huh? You guess and I'll post the answer sometime soon. And do you like my signature???
Rosetta Stone has been the #1 foreign language curriculum among homeschoolers for a while -- next week they are unleashing a brand new curriculum, and you can WIN the *all new* Rosetta Stone Homeschool Version 3… FOR FREE!
This is a $219 program (and believe me it's worth every penny!) and the winner gets to pick from any of these 14 languages: Spanish (Spain or Latin America), English (American or British), Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Irish, Hebrew, or Russian.
This will also include a headset with microphone, and students will participate in lifelike conversations and actually produce language to advance through the program. Rosetta Stone still incorporates listening, reading and writing as well, in addition to speaking. Many homeschoolers requested grammar and vocabulary exercises, and with Rosetta Stone Homeschool Version 3, they're included! For parents, the new Parent Administrative Tools are integrated into the program and allow parents to easily enroll students in any of 12 predetermined lesson plans, monitor student progress, and view and print reports.
To win this most excellent program -- in the language of your choice -- copy these (blue) paragraphs and post it in (or as) your next blog post -- then to enter the contest, go to the original contest page HERE: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/JenIG/501132/ and leave a comment with the link showing where you blogged about it. And please make sure the link works to get back to the original contest page when you post it. And good luck! The winner will be picked randomly on March 26, and will be notified thru the link they left to their blog pg. And if you have more than one blog, you can post them and enter those separately for more chances to win. Yay for free stuff!

this is a medium story made short: My 4 year-old sister has been praying for a violin, and then Sunday one of the ladies in our church gave Emily the one she had played in elementry school! Since is is a full size, it doesn't fit emily and so I can play it!!! Alison is giving me violin lessons now. It is SOOOO much fun! Amy |

Last night, right before supper, I ran outside with the camera to capture the picture below. Believe me. It was ALOT more beautiful than what the pictures show! It was pink, not red and black...
It reminded me of suzyscribble's two posts: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/SuzyScribbles/410121/ and http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/SuzyScribbles/405817/

Sunday, I was told to clean my room. The only thing that made me want to do it was that I could post before and after pictures on my blog! As you read this post, count how many pairs of shoes you can find. Not shoes, pairs. Well, here they are:
The closet before:
Sorry, there is no after picture! It isn't clean enough. I did clean it though.
A wall( I know. Some title!): Before:
After:
Entry:

After:
Bed:

After:
Not much better? Well, that junk isn't mine except for the red chair back and that is were it is kept all the time! Well, now you can go clean your room and show me! Also, if you would like to see a new bedroom look, go to aladybug's blog. It is SOOOO pretty, and so didn't just clean up all her junk. She did everything all over again! Next post you can see my shoes that I got Monday. Amy
P.S. My next attempt is my desk... |
