Electronic Surveillance of Animals

11:30, 2007-Jan-19 .. Posted in My Soapbox .. 2 comments .. Link

I have noticed several NAIS posts today and reading through them prompted me to remember a blog post I made last spring.  The link to my original post is here, and while my personal writing is not all that illuminating, I am reminded about how the radio program made a lot of sense to me and that I meant to buy this book and read it, but I did not follow through on that intention.

So Ray and Joanne and the others who are researching and questioning NAIS and whether or not it's legal or biblical, the Spy Chips book might answer your questions.  I'll add this book to my Amazon wish list and aim for purchase in February.

Spy Chip Web Site

I don't think that this ought to make us fearful, just prayerful. In the end, humans will be required to have a mark (whether it be a chip or otherwise remains to be seen) to buy and sell goods. We certainly have the technology in place...

I haven't read the book either, but this site does have some interesting info. The Wal-Mart video kind of freaked me out at first:

Of course, that's sort of graphical for those who don't have high speed internet ;) The gist of it is that rfids are being placed on products in stores with little identification--unless you're trained to look for it--you probably wouldn't even realize it's there.

Anyway, we have to trust the Lord because it IS all in His hands. For those who are anxious about it (probably a temptation for most of us)--we must focus on His sovereign control over these matters! ;)

Thanks

Thanks Denise, I'll look into it.
