God's Hand
| I really don't know what to make of it, except that when it comes to God's hand moving in our lives He is POWERFUL!!! The message at Church on Sunday was another great one..... Pastor Owen doesn't have too many that aren't great. Anyway, my husband and I have had some good talks about the sermons lately. One Question that he really challenged us was: "If you were put up on trial for being a Christian would there be enough solid evidence to convict you?" I know that this is a popular Christian culture phrase, but it really hit home. Am I really living my life in a way that would produce enough evidence to convict me of being a follower of Christ? I have done a lot of thinking and praying about this..... I want there to be even more evidence.... how does Christ say that the world should know we are His? By our love for others. As a wife and mom that first starts in my home.... my own family would be the most reliable witnesses. hmmmm, just some ramblings! |
