Burger anyone????
Many of us struggle with body immage....
no help from the advertising/ media
industry that fills our minds with immages
we can NEVER live up to.... never should
live up to for that matter!! Many of us live
in torture and self lament for not "meeting the
standard"!
However, have you ever thought about the
immage of the last burger you ate ??
Chances are even our food can't live up to
expectations!!!
Check it out here.... if our nachos can't live up
to their immage how are our thighs, bellys and
rears supposed to?????? Interesting "food"
for thoughts.

| You have NO idea how good the food on the left AND the right looks to me!!!! Having not eaten fast food in almost 2 years I was looking longingly at that food esp. the turkey sub fron Subway!!!!!!! |
