Wood family adventure continues

Hello Friends!
Yes, the Wood family adventure continues as we wait on the Lord for all the details of our move. The employeer in MO has told my Joe to expect August as a start time but aren't 100% sure. Joe's current employeer has told him they can't guarantee him a job in the future... they are taking it one day at a time. Today, Joe has a job and we are thankful for that! We don't know what our tomorrows hold but the Father does and I know He has already prepared the way for us! To be honest with you dear friends... we aren't sure where the Lord is leading us or when we will get to where we are going however, we do know we are going to be obedient and go where He says to go! We don't understand all the "whys" of this move. We love this property the Lord has given us, the neighbors, friends, and the farm is like a little bit of heaven. Perhaps the Lord is simply done with us here and needs to move us somewhere else to share His love with someone new... I really don't know but this I do know... and know with confidence! HE HAS GOOD PLANS FOR OUR LIVES! Plans to give us a future and a hope, plans to draw us near to Him and mold us into something that He alone can use!

I will try to keep you posted as the Lord lets me know more too. Please, please keep us in your prayers as we seek the Lord for direction. Cheryl... thank you for your prayers! I appeciate you and everyone else that has called or emailed to let us know they are praying! Special hugs to our Jones friends.... I will try to call you soon- I am filled with love for you!

Blessings my friend..... I am trusting God also for you and family as you walk by FAITH and not by sight. He sure does have a plan so our future is as bright as HIS promises. Hallelujah!! that is enough to wake up for. Thanks for the update as I know without doubt all is going to totally work out as your will becomes His. What a wonderful attitude you have with regards to your move....I know He will never lead you or forsake you....you will be exactly where God wants you....will check back to see how everything is going.

Hello I came across this today and thought that I would share it with you. A lot of the time - we think things are only going through "Gods will" if they are going the way we want them to - if our house sells soon if our jobs line up perfectly. but so often this is thinking of a human - just look at Pauls missionary journey to Jerusalem when he was thinking about all the bad things that were happening there - he still persevered - so I think that is something to keep in mind. Lets focus on eternal rather than earth.
