It seems that I have opened the door to a new world here. It's amazing how God puts things and people right infront of you when you need it. Being able to share the fruits of "trying" to be the woman God planned for me to be is great.
My husband and I have been married for 15 years. God sent him to me and I've been hanging on ever since. I'm the luckiest wife in the world. We have four awesome children. The oldest is Remington, he is hearing impaired and is slowly losing his vision and attends the Govenor Morehead School for the blind. He loves the school, but dislikes living in a dorm with lots of boys. His strength amazes me, nothing slows him down. This spring he had a piece of art on exhibit at the NC Art Museum. I know, WOW. The three girls, we home school. Morgan is our oldest daughter, she will be someones boss someday, she's had lots of practice with her siblings. She is also the softest on the inside and very responsible. Kennadi is our middle daughter, she's always going to be the baby, she says. She is the free spirit of the house. The first to scream, the first to cry and the first to give you huggs and smiles. Amelia is our youngest, she's the only one that has red curly hair. At least one of them got it. My husbands family has the red and I have the curls... she's the best of us both. She holds the heart strings of the whole family.
My father owns a farm right in our backyard, so we have lots of interesting things around here. Maybe I'll get to post some pictures of the animals. My kids pick up fresh eggs almost everyday and refuse store bought eggs and I wake up to the sounds of animals everyday. I love it. My avitar the tortoise, lives here on the farm, he is an African thigh spured tortoise. God bless, see you next time.
