Tater tot casserole!

The recipe for a tater tot casserole was requested, so here it is! It's actually the same recipe that is on the Duggar Family website, and I just reduce it down to half for my family! It's cheap, filling, and comforting. Definately not your fanciest meal, but it's easy and kids seem to enjoy it!

Tater Tot Casserole:

2 lbs ground beef or turkey, cooked, drained, and seasoned

3 2lb bag tater tots

2 cans cream of mushroom

2 cans cream of chicken

2 cans evaporated milk (regular milk is just fine too, though)

Brown meat and place in large casserole dish. Cover with tater tots. Mix soup and milk together and pour over the top. Bake at 350* for about an hour.
