Grandma Betty Thurston’s Hamberg Gravy
Money-saving tip from the depression era
Ingredients

Ground beef |

2 |
Frying Onions |
|
Tbsp |
Flour |
|
1 can |
Beef Broth |
|
Tsp |
Kitchen bouqet seasoning |
|
1 tsp |
Water add more if needed |
|

Directions
1. chop onions fine
2. brown ground beef till brown and add a bit of beef broth for flavor
3. Add onions to cooked meat and add flour to thicken.
4. Add water to keep saucey but not runny.
5. Add kitchen bouquet sauce for color being careful not to make it too salty
Tip: Eat over mashed Potatoes.
